When you use conversion tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), your file is temporarily uploaded to a secure conversion server and deleted immediately after processing. Files are stored in your personal iCloud account; Dropouts does not have access to your iCloud storage.

These conversions are handled via a secure server-side conversion service and files are deleted immediately after processing.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. To cancel, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → PDF is Love → Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Yes. PDF is Love integrates with iCloud Drive so your PDF files are automatically synced and accessible across all your Apple devices logged into the same Apple ID. Dropouts does not have access to your iCloud storage.
